Unused hours roll over once
Hours you don't use carry into the following month, capped at one extra month's allowance. Anything older expires.
Overage billed at $85/hr
Work beyond your available hours is billed automatically on your next invoice at $85/hr, in 15-minute increments.
Annual plans save 10%
Annual members pay 12 months up front at the discounted monthly rate. Monthly plans renew on the 1st and can be cancelled anytime.
Plan changes are prorated
Upgrade or downgrade any time — we credit the unused portion of your current plan and prorate the new rate and hours for the rest of the month.
