What Basic Shield covers
$129 per month covers two seasonal visits per year, HVAC filter replacement and delivery service, smoke and CO detector battery service, an annual 60-point home health report, and weekday concierge support. Basic Shield does not list a monthly Honey-Do task-hour allowance; those hours are included in Executive Care and Estate Concierge.
HVAC filters and smoke and CO detector replacement batteries are included at no extra charge. Other materials, parts, permits, and third-party vendor invoices are billed at cost and are not covered by plan hours. Licensed electrical, plumbing, gas, roofing, and structural work is handled by third-party vendors under their own contracts and warranties.Read the service terms or ask about your home before enrolling.
Unused hours roll over once
Hours you don't use carry into the following month, capped at one extra month's allowance. Anything older expires.
Overage billed at $85/hr
Work beyond your available hours is billed automatically on your next invoice at $85/hr, in 15-minute increments.
Annual plans save 10%
Annual members pay 12 months up front at the discounted monthly rate. Monthly plans renew on the 1st and can be cancelled anytime.
Plan changes are prorated
Upgrade or downgrade any time — we credit the unused portion of your current plan and prorate the new rate and hours for the rest of the month.
